• Six sigma and sigma six is different. Six sigma is a measurement scale upon which improvement / performance can be gauged or overall methodology that provides standardized problem-solving tools improvement. However, Sigma six mean the process capability equal to 2 or six sigma quality process.

Mean manufacturing apply six sigma concept or six sigma methodology but not all of them able to achieve sigma six, some might achieve sigma one, sigma two or etc.

• Six sigma quality process forever six sigma quality process if control it well?
• Not really. Always remember customer specification is directly affect the process sigma. Once the customer specification changed, the process sigma will be changed accordingly. So, if the customer tighten up the specification, the process sigma will drop eventhrough nothing change on the process itself.
